Well, if I were the postmaster of the domain that the old owner belonged to,
I'd recreate (as necessary) and log into his account and do what needed to
be done.  If the account no longer exists, I'd recreate it for this one

I am trying to take ownership of a list where the current owner no longer
has the same email address and the list is currently locked and I have no
way to get a hold of the owner.  Is there any way to unlock the list and to
transfer the list ownership to me, or am I out of luck?
