Hello,
 
  I am trying to make a list private for users only on the list.  I have
coded the Send= option to PRIVATE and this seems to work just fine.  Mail
sent from a user not on the list is not distributed to the list, but
the user does not receive any notices that the list is closed.  What
other options should/could be set to get this function.  I am enclosing
the header of the list below.
