If I add an Index-H file, even if I copy the existing sample JOB,
I will lose the relevant inserted range of items in the index
message.
 
Is there a way to both keep this feature of the sample job *and*
edit out some material, *and* include a message about setting
other options?
 
Alternately, a suggestion to in both Index and Digest messages,
include the instructions for the other three mail SET commands.
