Wow!  Thank you Stan.  I sort of knew this could lead to problems, but never
really gave it that much thought . . . until now!  We don't have a regular
legal consult, however, I do know one of the list members is married to an
attorney.  I also have a friend and another acquaintance at church who are
lawyers.  We'll be running this by them immediately.

I also agree that the topic, when looked at in this light, goes beyond list
advice.  But I sure am glad for this forum to have brought it to the
question.  I never would have thought to ask this otherwise.
