Due to some stupidness on our part, I have a list with some members who have
two subscriptions, one with their name in upper case and one in lower case.

For most people that's no problem, as their email systems properly deliver
only one copy.

But I have some who complain about duplicates. If I delete them via the web
interface, both subscriptions (upper case and lower case) are deleted. Can I
do this via email and hit only the one I want to delete?
