Since being a list-owner implies that you have some interest in
keeping the E-mail flowing, even though you are not necessarily
a postmaster, you might be interested in lists that relate to
E-mail access and E-mail resources:
 
        emailman (this seems to be active again :-) )
        infonets (peered)
        help-net
 
Notebook archives are available (I believe you need to be a subscriber
though to emailman in order to fetch).
