Can anyone help a user a mine to turn off html/text on his software?  Please
email me directly if you have the answer, as I get this list in digest form.

I would love to turn off the html on my software............if I only
knew what it was & how to turn it off. The I.S. mgr. installed new
software recently and I've had many problems since. Do you have any
suggestions on how I might be able to turn off html.
