1.) Spammer sends to your list from a non-existent address. LISTSERV sends
them a message this is a no-no. Message bounces. Message comes back to
LISTSERV and since it's related to your list it goes on your report.

2.) Existing subscriber has mail forwarded to another account. The other
account quits working or bounces. Same scenario as above after that.
