I've just discovered (via various complaints) that mail
from the EDTECH list seems to have stopped arriving at
different nodes in New York State on about January 10.
When I send private mail to people, it arrives promptly,
but though they are subscribed and set to MAIL, they are
not receiving mail from the EDTECH listserver at MSU.
 
The mail isn't bouncing either.  Is this happening to anyone
else?  Any suggestions on how to trace where it may be getting
hung up?
