I looked at the list owners manual for setting a list timer.

E.g. I require a posting to go out at 20:00est, I am on GMT time.

>From looking at the PRIME parameter, it seems to tell me that I can only
set the timer for when I don't want postings to go out.

E.g. PRIME= "MON-FRI 09:00-17:00"

This is the time that I do not want listserv to post.....so, how can I
set the timer to get the posting to go out at 20:00 exactly?

I am a new list owner and do not fully understand the owner manual
surrounding this area.
