Could someone direct me toward a list of the variables and the like in
    $DEFAULT MAILFORM?
 
    I'm trying to customize it for my list, but I'm not certain of some of
    the terms.  I searched the LSTOWN-L archives for the string
    "mailform" but I didn't turn up much.
