Through the web interface, you mean?  You can still edit it via
email.  Essentially what you want to do is issue a:

        GET listname LIST (HEADER

Then edit the header however you want.  Then send it back to LISTSERV
as follows:

        PUT listname LIST PW=[your password]
        *
        * the mailing list's title
        *
        * Various= settings
        * [. . .]

That should do the trick.
