I have changed our listheader  to:
 
*  Default-Options  =      REPRO,FULLHDR,ACK
 
so that 8 bit charcters can be properly received using the MIME
header.
 
As I understand things all new subscribers will have this as a default
option but is there an easy way to change the options for all existing
subscribers - our mailing list, which has over a 1.000 subscribers !
