All that is really needed by LISTSERV is for the header to be updated.
There will likely be new errors-to, editor, moderator addresses and the
Owner= line (non-quiet side) needs to be changed of course.  May need to
change certain lines in your custom WELCOME files, and other files.

It would certainly be courteous to notify the Site Administrator, they may
have their own rules/preferences about this and may require something
additional such as a written agreement of some kind.
