The best thing that anyone can do is to find out who is the
postmaster for the Listserv site.   You find this out by
sending the command RELEASE to the LISTSERV site
in mail or interactive message.
 
You should then contact the postmaster for assistance.  Hopefully
the Listserv site has more than one postmaster, so hopefully
you will reach someone.
