I needed some statistics on my list membership and, for the first time,
reviewed it 'by country'.  The returned file was just what I wanted but I was
perplexed by one thing.  I have three subscribers from the Republic of South
Africa (domain .ZA = 'Zuid Afrika'(?)) and they were grouped with the message
'Country with ISO code 'ZA' (translation not available)'.  The rest of my
subscribers were grouped under the country name.  Why is this?
