You mean that Microsoft employees aren't using Microsoft Mail or Microsoft
Office or whatever it's being called this week? Why should anybody even
consider buying it if Microsoft isn't using it?
 
Or are they, in fact, using it, but that's what's causing the problems? In
any case, it reflects *very* poorly on Microsoft.
