Am I missing some configuration choice somewhere? I'm using Eudora Pro 3.0
under Windows 95 and it certainly does not do it right for me. I just
"redirected" your message to my other account and got this as the header:

There is no sign of a resent header line in this. Instead, there is the
annoying addition to the From: line.

Let me add this to everyone: I continue to be surprised at the willingness
of list owners to tell other people how to run their lists. Vicki is an
experienced list owner and she knows exactly what she wants to do. For her
list, editing out excessive quotes and adding sender names is a very
reasonable thing to do. It is not helpful to tell her that she should send
the messages back for correction.

I would also like the ability to make minor changes in messages, yet have
them appear on the list with the original sender's from line. I've done
this with elm and pine on our unix system by editing the mail files
directly with an editor, but this was too much work. An easy way to do
this would be a major enhancement to LISTSERV.
