What do you want to change it to?  This URL is constructed on-the-fly
based on different variables, hence the conditional block statements in
the above-referenced code.  Making changes may prove to be counter
productive.

The URL may also have some parts that are read from the LISTSERV site
configuration file, which is something a list Owner won't have access to
unless they're also a Site Administrator.
