Renewal

I am currently running my list "BSE-L" with
 
   Renewal = 3-Monthly,Delay(30)
 
but have not yet received any "subscription renewal monitoring"
messages. What can I do to trigger the renewal process?
(The LISTSERV is running under "SunOs".)
