What is the valid syntax of the SET command with respect to the use of
the topics option? Is this correct:
 
SET <listname> <all-options-but-topics> TOPICS: <topic-specs>
 
   Thus, the topics option must be last and the following is correct syntax:
 
SET FOOBAR-L MAIL ACK TOPICS: SNAFU OTHER
