I'm using full auto-delete, but don't get the monitoring reports.  This is
a problem because we track our subscribers on a separate database.  My
sysop tells me that he can see the monitoring reports being generated, but
they never get sent.  Can someone please look at this header and tell me
what's wrong?  I have a second list that's having the same problems.
