I've just created a BOTTOM_BANNER, and found that it appears at the bottom
of every message on my list, including every individual message in the
digests. I seem to remember reading on this list that a BOTTOM_BANNER
appears only at the very end of digests, while a TOP_BANNER appears in
every digested message. I thought it made perfect sense, but it is clearly
not the case. Am I missing something?
