One of your tasks as a list-owner is to ask yourself, "how are LISTSERV(R)
distribution processed and (email) delivered?"

There is no easily comprehendible or quick answer, though over time and
study, you will gain a good appreciation, especially as you review the
LSTOWN-L archives on this subject..
