probably needed to correctly add your list of ListMaintainers as quiet
co-owner(s), you should add your new 2ndowner after the word Quiet: and
before the comma.  Use additional lines if necessary:

 * Owner= 2ndowner@...
 * Owner= 3rdowner@...
