LISTSERV is not doing this.  Either the sender's mail program, or mail system
gateway, or the receiver's mail system gateway or mail program is doing any line
wrapping you may observe.

LISTSERV has no such setting, so there is nothing to adjust.  The simplest
explanation of a very complex subject is that LISTSERV handles the message body
internally as a bytestream and does not generally use the concept of 'line'.
Without the concept of 'line' there also cannot be a concept of 'line-wrapping'
or 'line break'.
