Hi, what is the "right build of 1.8b" and how can I tell if we have
it? We run 1.8b here at MIT but I don't know what build it is or how to
tell. I suppose I could just try setting whatever it is that you set to
run the probe, but without 1.8c I don't know what that is.

Another thought for getting rid of the trekdog/dogtrek user would be to
tell listserv to GET the entire list (remember to UNLOCK it when you're
done) and scan it with an editor or by hand. This may be impractical
depending on the size of the list but this is how I always used to do it
before I got used to the SCAN command. You might just find something
that looks like the one you're trying to get rid of but that the wildcard
method for some reason didn't find. Just a thought that works for me
sometimes.
