I see these instructions for subscription in various LISTSERV templates,
but as far as I can figure the instructions are incorrect.  Unless you
have already subscribed to a list on a given node, you will not be in
the database and your subscription will be refused for lack of a
FirstName LastName.
 
If I am right in this, then could the templates be corrected to add that
info so subscribers are not confused when their requests are returned?
