The easiest answer to that is: upgrade to 1.8e which not only no
longer limits you to 50 lists in the drop-down, but also includes the
"LISTS OWNED" command by which you can query which lists you own (or
a postmaster can query which lists someone else owns).

In 1.8d... send a  LISTS command and hope you remember which ones are
yours -- if you try to manage one that isn't, it won't let you
anyway.
