Ok, this is probably pretty minor.  But it bugs me anyway.

On a list I have Subscription= Owner, meaning any requests to join are sent
to me.  Ok, someone sends the request, I see it & send it to listserv.

Listserv then adds the person, and properly sends them the listname.welcome
message.

Everything's ok so far....


But I get the welcome message too.  With one or 2, this isn't a big deal.
But when I do this for a class full of folks every semester, well, you get
the idea.

As I said, it's minor.  But does the Owner *really* need to get cc:'d the
welcome message?
