A couple of notes on the temporary test list on JHUVM.  First, I've
 changed the name top TEMP-L since *lots* of people have global lists
 names TEST-L already.  The new name, TEMP-L, is unique, so any backbone
 LISTSERV will be able to find it without you having to specifically
 indicate that it's on JHUVM.
 
 And as per Pete Weiss' suggestion, I've changed the TEST-L list header
 to include the keywords,
 
* Subscription= Open,Confirm
* Topics= COGS,SPROCKETS,TOPIC1,TOPIC2,TOPIC3
 
 so that you all can test the "topic" support.  For instance, if you
 subscribe and send the command,   set test-l topics COGS,TOPIC2
 you'll only receive TEST-L mail submitted with a Subject: that
 starts with,  COGS: or TOPIC2:  or is a reply to such a mail message.
 There is a special topic called OTHER that you can add to the list
 if you want to receive mail that isn't tagged as one of the listed
 topics.  There's another special topic, ALL, that does just what
 you think it would. :)

 PS - I didn't move the subscriptions from TEST-L to TEMP-L, if you
 had already SUB'd to TEST-L, you'll have to add yourself to the new list.
