ok.. this is what I've found so far.
 
     I need a gateway between listserv and my own NNTP server.  I'm using
     Microsofts NNTP server.  I found a nice Perl library that gives me
     client access to an NNTP server.  I'm writing a script to pull all
     postings from my list and post them to the appropriate news group.
 
     Theory sounds good.. now to get it to work. :-)

If you can not find something in the manuals,
often times you can find it in lstown-l or lstsrv-l,
via e-mail searching.
