I've been trying to find a way to automatically have listserve create sub
lists for a super list when a specified number of subscribers is met. Is
this possible in 1.8e?  Haven't found anything in the online documentation
or archives of the discussion lists but I'm thinking I'm not coming up
with the right phrase to search for...
