Not really.  The address-holder might be on vacation.  And messages *do*
disappear on occasion.  I'd reverse this: if the address-holder does not
give iaf.net permission to retain the entry within ten days, it will be
deleted.  After all, you can always register deliberately (and tell them
all about how much you earn and what you do for a living and and and).
