What is the correct format for a listowner to use to  SET options for
another list member (not themselves)
 
To set my own options the command is
 
  set listname option
 
But when doing it as listowner for userX is it something like this:
 
  set listname option for userX
 
or maybe
 
  set listname option for [log in to unmask]
