The following is a messsage I sent to my users regarding these virus warning hoaxes. This one is about the "Guts to say Jesus" hoax. Compare it with the
WOBBLER hoax (included at the end) in regards to the characteristics listed just below. Note how many nested levels this has and imagine how many others got this in the other "branches" of the pyrimid type hoax. This is only one branch.

-------------- my user message on hoaxes---------------------------------
This is a hoax. See :
http://www.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/jesus-hoax.html
and
http://www.symantec.com/avcenter/hoax.html

The way to recognize a hoax is by the characteristics it has in common with nearly all other email warning hoaxes:
1) Dire warning about dangerous virus (usually having no cure yet)
2) Caution not to open it, but to delete it immediately
3) "Quotes" some reputable source as having issued the warning
4) Strongly suggests that you send the message to EVERYONE in your address
    book

The object of the hoax is to get you to waste your time reading it and sending it along, the system's time in forwarding it to everyone you sent it to, all the recipients' time in reading and sending .... , and all the administrators' time in debunking the hoax. It can also cause problems for some systems that cannot handle nested messages (forwarded messages) which are nested too deep (forwarded too many times). Note that a true virus warning NEVER asks you to forward it to everyone in your address book.

Just a quick check before I check further; doesn't anyone know whether
this warning, sent to one of my lists this morning, is legit or not?
