Sounds like the Digest is 'out-of-sync' with the messge archives.
Add the line
* Digest= No
to your list header (or replace any existing Digest= line)
This should remove the old 'stuck' digest. Then you can FREE the list and
send messages as usual. (one-way lists should normally have Digest= No
anyway.)
