Howdy, folks,
 
I recently sent a message to one of my lists, and received a reply back from
listserv that the list was locked, and that the listowner (me) needed to
unlock it.
 
Questions:
 
1) I didn't lock the list--how could it have been locked?
 
2) What is the command to send to unlock it?
