Refer to the Listowner documentation, it is described in section 9, templates.
 
Perform a get Listname mailtpl. If this fails it indicates that you are using
the default template.  Therefore, request default mailtpl.
 
Make your changes, under section (TOP_BANNER), toward the bottom.   Put it back
as:
