My guess is that since INVENTORS already has notebooks,
that you simply need to issue the standard subscriber
command
 
set inventors digest
 
Had you NOT had notebooks defined, you would have needed
a separate * DIGEST= keyword defined PLUS LISTSERV-maintainer
involvement in allocating space, etc.
