We have a subscriber who concistently trys to send replies to the lists .. but
they wind up as errors because the headers are included ..

From her last private email to me:

Content-transfer-encoding: 7bit
X-Mailer: AOL 3.0 16-bit for Windows sub 61
X-PMFLAGS: 34078848 0 1 P34280.CNM

Can someone tell me, how to tell her, how to configure her mailer so:

1) it stops sending headers

2) it either stops sending quotes OR she can edit the quotes
