I'm not subscribed to WEBTV, and my mail via PLUM was 8 hrs late this
a.m.  Others not on WEBTV and not located at PSU.EDU are commenting likewise.

Whatever problems WEBTV may or may not have is not what I was
specifically commenting on, but they delay that was (and perhaps is?)
occurred.
