There are two entities called Name Servers for hosts that are prefixed
with the UWC.EDU subdomain.  One is able to lookup the host helios.
and the other doesn't have a clue.  Depending upon which name server is
used at any point in time by the SMTP client at pucc.princeton.edu, the
listserv backbone server gateway for this subscriber, the mail will be
delivered or bounced.
 
Feel free to write a nastygram to [log in to unmask]
 
Also, feel free to do a QUIET SET list NOMAIL NOFILES FOR userid@host
