I just started a list for a group at our university. I have two questions
and hope someone can give me a hint:
 
How can I create a header lines so it can be padded at the beginning of each
mail posted, such as a group logo or a note like "Party on Saturday" etc?
Similarly I also need to have a footer.
 
I requested a owner's refcard by sending a "info own" command. The Table
of Content mentioned that there are 5 appendices but they are missing from
this mannual. It also stops at chapter 11.7 whereas TOC lists up to 11.7?
Where can I get the rest?
