Could someone interpret the following for me:
  Unavailable; notary status was 5.1.1
     "             "    "     "  5.1.2
     "             "    "     "  5.4.4
 
These descriptions have become the most frequently-occurring ones on
the Autocat "Daily error monitoring report".  Since the only notaries
I am acquainted with are Notaries, Public this description confuses
rather than enlightens me.
