1. If she was subscribed as [log in to unmask] then the addresses do not match and
she could not be deleted, even if they are the same person.

2. There was a bug in LISTSERV 1.8c which allowed this to happen in certain
circumstances. This has been corrected in the current LISTSERV 1.8d.
