I have a subscriber who has submitted a post several times (I have a
moderated list).  I've OK'd it each time, but it still hasn't been
distributed to the list.

This was strange enough, but the other day the subscriber wrote to me to
complain that he's been getting the following cryptic error message from
LISTSERV.  Can anyone explain what's going on here?
