Can you simulate the 'death penalty' on her address?  (If more than 10
invalid commands come from an address, listserv will 'terminate with
extreme prejudice' the address until someone else performs a
'resurrection' via the FOR command).   Can you tell listserv to treat her
as an 11-error site?  In the alternative, can you fake some mail from her
address to trick listserv into ignoring her?

You can try a whois request on NIC.DDN.MIL and ask them.  Alternatively,
if you have telnet, you can try doing what I did; try to telnet or SMTP to
them.

If you can sign her off then mark her account as having too many errors,
that's one thought.  If you can't, that's a feature Eric needs to add
to Listserv:
