In fact those lists that support the WEB interface to the archives, have
a really "neat" LISTSERV emailed distribution option SET INDEX
HTML.  Using Eudora, I then right click the opened email and press SEND
TO BROWSER.  The launched WEB page display is somewhat like what you see
if you were to do a WEB search like

S * IN listname FROM YESTERDAY TO YESTERDAY

Each item is hyperlinked to the archive.

Of course maybe I "strange" in that regard, I also like Usenet for
reviewing/reading list mail e.g.,

news:bit.listserv.new-list

as an example.
