I have received several notices of mail intercepted by LISTSERV (correctly!)
because it appears to come from a LISTSERV server. In fact, it comes from
our server, and it contains a notice of a rejected posting.

The problem is that this message appears to have been sent to the list,
rather than to the person who submitted the rejected post. The message is
generated using the MSG_POSTING_REJECT_BAD_ATTACHMENT template, and the
information contained in that message logically ought to be conveyed to the
originator. There's not enough information in the rejection message to
identify that person, so I can't relay information.

Is there someplace where a list owner determines who gets these rejection
notices? or is this something that can be determined by the site
administrator? I was hoping LISTSERV automatically sent this kind of thing
back to the source of the problem.
